Dr. Bakara Nkenge-Hinds is advancing the conversation in vocal performance and pedagogy as an adjunct professor of voice at Music Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. With a rich background as a Nashville-based soprano, Dr. Nkenge-Hinds brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her students. Her academic journey includes a degree in vocal pedagogy from Belmont University and a degree in music education from Michigan State University. Further enhancing her credentials, she holds a certificate from the Northwest Institute of Voice and has trained in the Somatic Voicework™ the LoVetri Method.
