Dr. Matthew Green is a distinguished academic and leader at LeTourneau University, where he serves as the Associate Dean for the School of Engineering and Engineering Technology. In addition to his administrative role, he is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and currently holds the position of Interim Department Chair of Welding and Materials Joining Engineering. Dr. Green's academic journey began with a Ph.D. from the University of Texas, Austin, which he completed in 2005, focusing on humanitarian engineering applications. At LeTourneau University, Dr. Green is deeply involved in teaching a variety of courses that include Machine Design, Thermodynamics, Dynamics, Statics, and Materials Technology.
