Prior to this, he completed his Master's degree at Sharif University and his Bachelor's degree at Ferdowsi University, both in Civil Engineering. Dr. Hessami is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, a testament to his technical expertise and commitment to the engineering profession. Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, reflecting his proficiency in managing complex projects and his dedication to advancing project management practices.
