Professor Timothy Meinke is a distinguished faculty member at the University of Lynchburg, where he has been dedicated to innovative teaching methods in the field of Political Science since 2000. Over the years, he has progressed through various academic roles, beginning as an Adjunct Professor and advancing to his current position as a full Professor. His academic journey is marked by a robust educational background, having earned his PhD in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 2002. Prior to this, he completed an MA in Government and Politics from the same institution in 1995, and two MAs in Political Science from Case Western Reserve University in 1993. Professor Meinke's teaching portfolio is extensive, covering key areas such as American Politics, Public Policy, and Political Theory.
