Dr. David Richards is an esteemed Associate Professor at the University of Lynchburg, where he also serves as the Chair of the International Relations and Political Science Department. With a robust academic background, Dr. Richards earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College. He further advanced his studies at American University, obtaining both his Master’s and Ph.D. in Political Science, specializing in comparative politics and American government.
