Hillel Y. Levin

Hillel Y. Levin is the Alex W. Smith Professor of Law and Director of UGA Law in Atlanta at the University of Georgia School of Law. His academic pursuits are deeply rooted in the statutory and constitutional aspects of civil lawsuits, particularly those involving the firearms industry. His research interests extend to statutory interpretation, constitutional law, and education law and policy, reflecting a broad engagement with pressing legal issues.
