Sandeep Mertia, Ph.D., is set to join the Stevens Institute of Technology as an Assistant Professor in the Science, Technology, and Society program. Dr. Mertia has played a pivotal role as the editor of "Lives of Data: Essays on Computational Cultures from India," a collection that explores the intersections of data and society in the Indian context. Additionally, he has contributed to the academic community as the Assistant Editor of the journal Public Culture, where he has helped shape discourse on cultural and technological studies.
