Professor advancing research in transport systems modeling and infrastructure systems, Dr. Amit Kumar is an esteemed Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction Management at the University of Texas at San Antonio. With a robust academic background, he earned his Ph.D. in Transportation and Infrastructure Systems from Purdue University, an M.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University. Dr. Kumar's research interests are deeply rooted in transportation engineering, where he explores innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of transport systems.
