Dr. Antoinette Y. Farmer continues to explore the intricate dynamics of social and interpersonal factors that shape parenting practices and their subsequent effects on adolescent behavior. As a Professor and Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the School of Social Work at Rutgers University, Dr. Farmer is deeply committed to advancing the field of social work through both her teaching and research endeavors.
