Caroline N. Coffield
Caroline N. Coffield, PhD, is an esteemed Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Rutgers University's Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. In her role, she also serves as the Director of Preservice Training at The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities. Her dedication to advancing the field of developmental disabilities is evident through her leadership as the Training Director of the New Jersey Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (NJLEND) Program. Dr. Coffield is committed to shaping the future of healthcare by coordinating the Seminar on Family Centered Care and Developmental Disabilities, a crucial component of the curriculum for third-year medical students.
