Yanru Han

Yanru Han's projects emphasize collaborative solutions for advancing the fields of Corporate Finance, Labor Finance, and Sustainable Finance. As an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at Stevens Institute of Technology, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Yanru earned her PhD in Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, following a BS in Economics and Finance from Tsinghua University, which laid a strong foundation for her academic and research pursuits. Her research has been recognized with several prestigious honors, including Best Paper Awards at the AsianFA Annual Conference and the 12th FMCG Conference, highlighting her contributions to the finance community. Yanru's work often explores the intersection of finance and sustainability, aiming to develop strategies that benefit both businesses and society. At Stevens, Yanru teaches Corporate Finance, where she is known for her engaging teaching style and commitment to student success. Since her appointment as Assistant Professor in Finance in September 2023, she has been dedicated to fostering an environment of learning and innovation.
