Prior to his current role, Hung was a Computer Scientist at LogicBlox from June 2015 to August 2017, where he contributed significantly to the development of innovative database technologies. Hung's academic career is marked by a long tenure at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he served from 2001 to 2017. During this period, he progressed through the ranks from Assistant Professor to Full Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
