With a robust academic background, she earned her PhD from Rutgers University, where she honed her expertise in political economy and the socio-cultural dynamics of Islam. Prior to her current role, Dr. Wallace contributed significantly to the academic community as an Assistant Professor at the University of Hartford. Dr. Wallace's research is deeply rooted in exploring the multifaceted relationships between political institutions and cultural influences, with a particular emphasis on gender dynamics. Her scholarly pursuits are driven by a commitment to understanding how these elements shape and are shaped by societal structures.
