Dr. Mallory Vestal is at the forefront of discovery in agricultural economics, serving as an Associate Professor of Agricultural Business & Economics at West Texas A&M University. Since joining the Department of Agricultural Sciences in 2012, Dr. Vestal has been instrumental in shaping the academic and research landscape of the university. She earned her Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University, a testament to her dedication and expertise in the field. Dr. Vestal's teaching portfolio is both diverse and comprehensive, encompassing courses such as Introduction to Agricultural Economics, Farm and Ranch Management, Futures and Options, and Advanced Farm and Ranch Management.
