Dr. Michelle Simmons is a key figure in the field of education, particularly in the areas of educational assessment and special education. As an Associate Professor of Education and the Lanna Hatton Professor of Learning Disabilities at West Texas A&M University, she has made significant contributions to the College of Education and Social Sciences since joining in 2017.
