Professor Ryan Getty is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences at the University of Texas at Dallas. With a robust academic background and extensive expertise in Criminology and Criminal Justice, he has been contributing to the field since earning his Ph.D. from UT Dallas in 2012. His academic journey also includes a Master's Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from UT Arlington, where he also completed his Bachelor's Degree in the same discipline. Further enriching his academic credentials, he holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia Military College.
