Housing

Loyola University New Orleans offers a variety of on-campus housing options for students, including traditional residence halls, apartment-style living, and special-interest housing. All on-campus housing is fully furnished and includes a bed, dresser, desk, chair, and closet. Students also have access to laundry facilities, study lounges, and recreation areas.

Traditional Residence Halls

Loyola's traditional residence halls are located on the main campus and offer a variety of room options, including single, double, and triple rooms. Apartment-Style Living

Loyola also offers apartment-style living for upperclassmen. Apartments are located in two separate buildings on the main campus and each apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Students living in apartments have their own private bedrooms and share the common areas with their roommates.

Special-Interest Housing

Loyola offers a variety of special-interest housing options for students who want to live with others who share their interests. These options include:

Housing Costs

The cost of on-campus housing varies depending on the type of housing and the number of roommates. The cost of a traditional residence hall ranges from \$2,200 to \$2,800 per semester. The cost of an apartment ranges from \$3,000 to \$3,600 per semester.
