His journey in the arts began with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics from Ball State University in 1983, followed by a Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics and Sculpture from Edinboro University in 1986. Professor Bell's artistic endeavors are deeply rooted in the exploration of humanity's place within the natural world.
