

Maggie Freeman
Dr. Maggie Freeman supports capacity-building efforts in the field of clinical psychology, with a particular focus on child psychopathology and autism spectrum disorders. She received her Psy.D. and M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in 2020 and 2017, respectively. Her clinical interests are centered around working with children and adolescents who face emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as those with developmental differences. Dr. Freeman has made significant contributions to research in intervention planning and interprofessional leadership, particularly in the assessment and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Her work aims to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve outcomes for young individuals with developmental challenges. At Eastern Kentucky University, Dr. Freeman is responsible for teaching courses such as Child Psychopathology, Practicum in Clinical Psychology, and Advanced Children's Assessment.
