Dr. Raymond Scheele is redefining paradigms in the field of political science through his extensive research and teaching at Ball State University. Dr. Scheele earned his Ph.D. from the University of Missouri at Columbia, following a B.A. in Government from Valparaiso University, which laid the foundation for his distinguished academic career. Throughout his tenure at Ball State University, Dr. Scheele has been a pivotal figure in the Department of Political Science, where he has imparted knowledge in state and local government, political parties and elections, and Indiana government. Dr. Scheele's research interests are deeply rooted in Indiana politics, voting behavior, and political parties.
