She serves as an Assistant Professor of Political Science in the Behavioral & Social Sciences department at Hostos Community College. Dr. Chang earned her Ph.D. in political science from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, where she specialized in comparative politics and international relations. Dr. Chang's research interests are diverse, encompassing election rules and reforms, the integration of social-technical systems in election administration, and the study of migration patterns.
